M.A.R.S 2021

This cuvée based on 4 grape varieties was inspired by the red soils of Saint Christol, reminding the surface of the planet Mars. During the summer of 2019, the maximum temperature in France was reached in our vineyards (46 C°), symbol of the singularity of this parcel, our bet was then to prove that from this terroir of fire could spring a chiseled, fresh wine, of a furious drinkability.
