Le Mas du Figuier
About
The Mas du Figuier was created in 2012 by Paul Bonno, oenologist, in Collioure. In 2020, Sylvain Roger, a lifelong friend, joined the estate. The Mas du Figuier produces mainly small parcel cuvées in appellation Collioure, from 600 to 1400 bottles. The barrel maturations are long and neat to create unique cuvées combining elegance and unique typicity of each terroir. Reds are complex and generous, and whites combine minerality and finesse. The non-conveyable vines are grown by hand on shale terraces in the immediate vicinity of the sea.
