Vines: grown on a terrace above the village of Collioure.

Maturation: «forgotten» wine in 225 l white Banyuls barrels for 30 months in oxidation without wetting. Bottled in June 2018.

Profile: Sustained amber color, intense nose of nuts, rancio, whisky, powerful and balanced mouth between suppleness and tension, dried fruits, old rum, Xeres.
