Ageing: maturing in 300 L 3-year barrels for 10 months without oxidation with regular wetting. Bottling in July 2021.

Profile: Raspberry red color with light intensity and very clear, nose of ripe strawberry compote, mouth very supple and greedy, associating red fruits with tapenade, great drinkability.
