Le Petit Figuier blanc - El Moli - 2020 PDO Collioure blanc Grenache Blanc – New Burgundy Barrel Ageing
Maturing: maturing in new barrels very light heating of the Mercurey Cooperage of 228 l for 18 months without oxidation with regular wetting and batching.
Profile: Rather strong golden color, very clear and brilliant, nose combining the elegance of the long and subtle ageing in new barrels warms very light Mercurey, and the fruity finesse of the white grenache. Balanced and mineral mouth, combining fat and a nice tension, fine woody.
