Description
This wine is the object of an "Integral Vinification": the grapes, resulting from a selection grains to grains, are put directly in barrels of 500 liters. Maceration lasts 5 weeks with manual punching down. Maturation during 10 months.
The black fruits express themselves in the nose, accompanied by a bouquet of violet. The mouth is powerful and rich, seducing with its complex aromas of chocolate, blackberry and thyme... The tannins are elegant and of great finesse.
