Jeb Dunnuck : 95/100 Mostly Grenache Gris (past vintages have had a splash of Roussanne), the 2020 Côtes Catalanes Secret De Schistes Blanc is another brilliant white. Made in a richer, more concentrated style, it offers a great nose of white currants, orchard fruits, white flowers, chalky mineral, and green almond nuances in a medium to full-bodied, brilliantly textured, balanced white that brings both richness and freshness. I've always thought this wine was best enjoyed in its youth, but I suspect this might be changing, and the 2020 should evolve for at least 4-5 years.
