Description
Mosaic schists at 325 meters altitude High valley of Agly "Vinification Intégrale" : the destemmed grapes are put directly into 300 liter barrels. The maceration lasts 3 to 4 weeks with manual punching down, then each barrel is emptied and pressed. The wine finishes the fermentation in the same barrels. The wine is matured for 12 to 14 months. The garrigue is expressed in the nose, accompanied by a bouquet of violets. The mouth is powerful and rich, seducing with its complex aromas of thyme, rockrose and rosemary.
