Description
"Vinification Intégrale": the destemmed grapes are put directly into 300 liter barrels. The maceration lasts 3 to 4 weeks with manual punching of the cap, then each barrel is emptied and pressed. The wine finishes the fermentation in the same barrels. Aging for 12 to 14 months.
On the nose, an explosion of ripe fruits and spices. The mouth is delicate, silky and tasty on the same notes. The tannins are fine and coated.
