Description
Wine from dandruff maceration of white grapes: 100% Chardonnay, in sandstone amphora. After 3 months of maceration, we remove the grains to carry out the malolactic fermentation still in amphora and we leave 6 more months for a refining of the tannins. All without added sulphites, in natural fermentation with the indigenous yeasts of the grapes.
