Description
De-stemming and traditional vinification by grape variety. The Syrah is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels (80%). The Grenache is matured in barrels (2nd wine), then aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its finesse and expression of red fruits. The wines are then blended once the best balance has been found. Production: 8000 bottles, 150 magnums. Decant for 2 to 3 hours, then serve at 15°C with a leg of lamb lamb or entrecôte pan-fried à la Lyonnaise.
