Grapes are destemmed. Fermentation in tanks separately for each variety. Ageing in stainless steel tanks during 6 months.

Our Château Gigognan Rouge is a wine from our different terroirs, with a lovely bright colour, associated with a greedy and expressive nose with aromas of crunchy red fruit enhanced by notes of liquorice. On the palate, a balance between its aromatic freshness and its greediness make it a pleasant pleasure wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with summer grilled meats.
