Our White "Bois des Moines" is issued from plotand intra-plot selection. The nose is fine and delicate with toasted and floral notes of hawthorn and liquorice. The powerful mouth combines roundness, structure and crispness makingthis Côtes du Rhône Villages a racy white wine, an expression of its terroir. To be appreciated now or in 5 years.
