Night harvest, destemming and traditional vatting. Steady vatting, blending and ageing in stainless steel vats to keep the Gaillac grape varieties typicity.

Fine nose, with a nice bouquet, associating macerating red fruit aromas and spices. Round to the attack, it evolves towards ripe fruits, a dense mouthfeel and spices, held by a good tanin structure that ensures a good longevity.

This wine can be aged for 3 to 5 years. It will be a good companion to roasted or grilled meat, cooked meals and cheese.
