Issued from our oldest Sauvignon vines and our "Loin de L'Oeil", an indigenous grape variety from Gaillac, this thoughtful seleciton of qualitative grapes shapes finely this nice cuvée.
Night harvest, the selected must is put in barrels in September. It ferments and settles on fine lees until the end of the spring season. It thus acquires a fuller body coating dry fruit aromatics, thinly grilled.
A wine of great pleasure, that is tasted to its fullest capability within 5 years following bottling.
