Blanc Les Graviers 2021

This wine is made from the due union of our soil and our vines: our extremely gravelly plots of vines are where our Sémillon and Sauvignon grapes express all their finesse and their aromas. Loin de l’Œil adds a fuller aromatic profile and Mauzac expresses all its vivacity and its freshness.

This wine pairs nicely with fish, seafood, egg-based dishes… and is a perfect combination with oysters or salmon. Very pleasant for apéritif.

Night harvest, fermentation under temperature control. Stainless-steel ageing for several months on fine lees.
