He grows a diversity of South-West grape varieties as well as rare varieties all along the gravelly terroir of the Tarn river's right bank. This terroir, which is so specific in the Gaillac wine region, brings a great finesse to the reds, whites, rosés and sparklings that are worked with passion, humility and precision.
