Description
The grapes are harvested in the morning or at night when temperatures are still low temperatures are still low to preserve the maximum aromas. Skin maceration for 24 hours followed by light pressing. Kept in the cold for 3 to 4 days to develop finesse and fatness, then fermented for 10 days at low temperature.
A seductive nose combining ripe grapes with citrus notes. On the palate, a wine with a lively character where these same with a more mineral finish.
Serve between 10° and 12° as an aperitif, with seafood, grilled fish, fresh cheeses
