Description
Over-ripe grapes harvested from densely planted vines. Long vatting with manual punching of the cap. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Ruby-red colour with aromas of red fruit and light oak on the nose. Clean attack with fine, mellow tannins. Pleasant, silky finish.
Can be kept for 7 to 10 years, but can also offer some pleasant surprises.
