Description
At harvest, the grapes are ripe without over-ripening. Pre-fermentation maceration for 4 to 5 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 25°. Vatting for 3 weeks. Aged in vats for 6 to 12 months with regular racking.
Garnet-red colour, fresh notes of red fruit (strawberry and blackberry). On the palate, a straightforward attack with mellow tannins followed by a fine structure that gives it good balance on the palate. Serve between 14 and 18°.
