Description
The grapes are harvested when ripe. A few hours' pre-fermentation maceration is all it takes to give the wine its beautiful fuchsia colour. Light pressing followed by fermentation at 18°. A highly aromatic nose, fruity and intense on the palate with aromas of red fruit. Soft finish Serve between 8 and 10°.
