Description
On Lastours' gravelly soils, the Duras, a traditional red grape variety from the Gaillac region expresses itself beautifully when it's processed as a rosé. Associated with Syrah, the resulting wine preserves all the grape's freshness and aromatics.
Very enjoyable for apéritif during summer, it will be a nice complement to charcuterie plates, white meat and cold meals.
Night harvest, direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature. The wine is then kept on fine lees for several months.
