Description
Brown schist and limestone on the terroirs of Maury. "Vinification Intégrale " : the grapes, coming from a selection of grapes, are put in stoneware jars (Amphoras). The maceration lasts 5 weeks with manual punching of the cap, the wine finishes the fermentation in the same jars. The wine is matured for 9 months in stoneware. Raspberry and blackcurrant explode on the nose. Mixing ripe berries and a Mediterranean touch of cistus and maquis, the mouth is rich and elegant, the freshness seduces in the finish, a very delicate wine...
