Description
Very fruity wine, with notes of ripe red fruits (strawberry, raspberry). It is souple and greedy, with a finish on the fruit. Schistous marl and calcareous-clay soils. The grapes have been de-stemmed then crushed. Pre-fermentation maceration at cold temperature during 36 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (max 26°C). Light cap-punching and pumping-over during fermentation. Malolactic fermentation.
