Description
Terroir : schistous marl and calcareous-clay soils.
Vinification : direct pressing of the grapes at cold temperature. Pre-fermentation maceration during 36 hours. Tasting notes : Nice gold yellow color. The nose is expressive and complex with floral and fruity notes (pear) and light grilled notes. It is round and fat on the palate with a long finish. Tasting advices : This wine will be best drunk at 8°C as an aperitif, with sea food and also with white meats.
