Description
Terroir : Schistous marl and calcareous-clay soils. Vinification : Direct pressing of the grapes at cold temperature. Pre-fermentation maceration. The wine has been fortified on the juice then cooled down. Tasting notes : The robe is gold yellow. The nose is very expressive with fruity (pear) and floral notes (broom, hawthorn). The mouth is balanced and very aromatic.
