Description
Terroir : Black soils, schistous marl.
Vinification : The grapes have been de-stemmed then crushed. Alcoholic fermentation during two weeks. The wine has then been racked and fortified on the juice.
Tasting notes : Dark red robe. The nose is expressive with notes of red fruits, spices and a light touch of cocoa. Its is ample, powerful, with soft tannins. The finish is warm.
Tasting advices : This wine will be best drunk at 8°C. Excellent as an aperitif but also with your desserts and chocolates.
