Description
Harvested by hand at the end of September. Destemming and crushing of grapes. Pre-fermentation maceration of 36 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Regular but light pumping over and pigeage. Malolactic fermentation in vats and barreling in barrels.
BREEDING 100% of the blend was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels of one or two 400-litre wines, and the Syrah in new 400-litre barrels.
TASTING NOTES Floral notes, extremely concentrated aromas with flavors of purple raspberries. It is full-bodied, silky and rich, with a long finish
