Description
Crucnchy red fruits, excellent concentration and richness, spicy, peppery very fine.A wine of great finesse with a long chocolate finish. Black soils, schistous marl. The grapes have been de-stemmed then crushed. Pre-fermentation maceration during 36 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (maximum of 26°C). Regular but light pumping-over and cap-punching during fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in tank and in barrels.100% of the blend have been aged during one year in French oak barrels (300 & 400 Liters)
