Description
Manual harvested with severe sorting out. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Long vatting period allowing the tannins to mature (4 to 6 weeks). Matured 12 months in oak (1/2muids). This exceptional cuvée is made from a selection of our finest plots planted on a terroir of rolled pebbles. This wine, astonishing for its finesse and elegance, expresses the nobility of our work. Its aromas of liquorice, garrigue and orange give way to a silky and powerful palate enhanced by subtle oaky notes.
