Château La Roque rouge 2020

Vinified in traditional or conical vats with temperature control and maceration of about 30 days before racking. After ageing in vats for around 12 months, the wine is bottled without filtering.

Bright purple color with purplish reflections. Expressive nose with notes of red fruits, black cherry, spices, olives and thyme. The palate is greedy, beautiful velvety texture. Long and persistent finish.

Goes very well with deli meats, rack of lamb with garrigue herbs, grilled beef brochette with Mediterranean vegetables or fresh pélardon.
