Description
Vinified in traditional or conical vats with temperature control and maceration of about 30 days before racking. After ageing in casks for around 10 months, the wine is bottled without filtering. Purplish color. Nose with notes of black fruit, blackberry, violet, hot bread. Frank attack with lots of volume. Nice tannic structure. Long finish with a beautiful aromatic persistence. A perfect accompaniment to veal osso bucco or bull meet “à la saint-gilloise”.
