YIELD & SOIL - 40 hl / ha - Chalky clay soil & river pebbles VINIFICATION - Hand harvest end of september / early october, very ripe, Grapes are carefully selected and put directly in vat. A 3 week maceration will follow to extract the fruit and the tannins. The wine is then aged in vats throughout the winter, to stabilise and round the tannins. The wine is then refrigerated for tartaric stabilization. EYE - Slightly garnet red dress NOSE - Red stone fruits aromas and hints of mediterranean plants MOUTH - Rich tannins, and dominated by notes of red and black fruits. Very mineral.
