Description
YIELD & SOIL - 40 hl / ha - Chalky clay soil & river pebbles VINIFICATION - Hand harvests in the fresh morning. Cold vinification,very short maceration in order to extract the fruit and not the tannins. This little contact with the skin gives it very fine tannins and its very light and shiny color. Filtrated with a tangential filter. No added sulphites. The wine is then refrigerated for tartaric precipitation and filtrated through a tangential filter before bottling. EYE - Very light ruby red dress. NOSE - red fruits (raspberry, strawberry, cherry) MOUTH - sweet spices and red fruits notes
