CHATEAU NADAL HAINAUT

The Hainaut family gave birth and built its wine culture within the walls of the Cistercian priory of Sainte Eulalie, dating from the 12th century. In 1900, in celebration of the Union of Thérèse Hainaut and François Nadal, a new vine was planted: Carignan, now a century old; and with it, Château Nadal-Hainaut was born. Jean Marie Nadal, winemaker and oenologist cultivates his vines with the greatest respect for the earth and the living. He produces with his daughters Julie and Pauline PDO, PGI and VDN certified AB by ecocert but also cuvées without sulphites as well as nature wines.
