YIELD & SOIL - 40 hl / ha - Chalky clay soil & river pebbles VINIFICATION - Grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness in the fresh morning, destemmed then slowly pressed. This very light rose juice is fermented in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature for 3 weeks. Very short aging in vats. The wine is then refrigerated for tartaric precipitation, then filtrated through a tangential filter before bottling. EYE - Bright pale pink dress NOSE -Notes of red berries (redcurrants, raspberries) MOUTH -Intense aromas of red fruits and citrus notes. Nice length on the palate.
